Returns

Would you like to return a product of A Little Lovely Company? You can do this within 30 days after receiving your order. Please follow the steps below to quickly process your return:

Step 1: Submit your return request online

♥ You can submit your return by emailing us at retour@alittlelovelycompany.nl. We need your order number, the product(s) you want to return and the reason for it.
♥ You will receive a confirmation by email with your return-code.

Step 2: Wrap the product(s)

♥ Put the product(s) in their original package, in a firm box.
♥ Please remove any old labels and paste our address on the box. Then close the box well.
♥ Leave your package at a UPS Access Point and keep the shipping receipt well. The nearest UPS Access Point for you can be found here. Note: there are costs associated with returning the shipment.

Step 3: Send back to A Little Lovely Company

♥ We will process your return as soon as we receive your product(s).
♥ After receiving your return, you will receive a confirmation from us by email. We will settle everything within two weeks.

Returns

A Little Lovely Company will gladly accept returns. Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please return all products in original packaging and with the original hangtags. A Little Lovely Company cannot accept any products that are broken, used, damaged or altered in any way. Any returns that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and order refunds are for products only. Shipping costs cannot be refunded (except for items under guarantee).

How to return your items

1. Register your return within 14 days of your order. You can do this by mailing service@alittlelovelycompany.nl with your order number, the reason of return and the product(s) you would like to return. You will then receive a return number from us. Pay attention! Do not return products without first registering them with us. Packages without a return number will not be processed.
   
   
2. Place the products in the original box and add a little note with the provided return number. Make sure the box is well sealed.
   
   
3. Write the return address (see below) on the box and remove any old labels.
   
   
4. Take your package to a post office, and remember to keep your shipping receipt.
   
   
5. You will receive a confirmation from us by email when we have received the return.

Refund

Returns will be handled within 5 working days from receiving the return. The returned products will be refunded to the same credit card or account that they were paid from. Products that are returned to us because they cannot be delivered (by home or pick up point) will be credited minus the shipping costs.

Exchange products

Exchanging products is not possible. In the event that you wish to exchange, please return your order and place a new order. The original order will be refunded within 5 days.

Track & trace

A Little Lovely Company recommends sending your return with traceable post. Via the receipt you can track your return shipping. This way you can make sure that it is returned safely to us. We naturally have no way to follow your return ourselves, and therefore cannot be responsible for lost packages.
